In the context of the 17th Thessaloniki International Book Fair, the Center of Greek and Arabic Literature and Culture (K.EL.A.L.P.), which was created recently and it will operate as an independent initiative under the umbrella of the nonprofit organization CulturePolis, has the pleasure to announce you the 1st Meeting of Greek and Arab Poets, which will be held online on Friday 27 November 2020, time 13:00-15:00 via the ZOOM platform https://zoom.us/j/98191171768 / Webinar ID: 981 9117 1768 and the official website of the Thessaloniki International Book Fair HERE on the subject of the Mediterranean and its History, as reflected in the two poetic voices. Participants will speak in their native language and their poems will be read in both languages while there will be translation of speeches and poems into Greek and Arabic (Persa Koumoutsi, Khaled Raouf ).
